Tracks and Trails PD Day for Kids

  • The Guelph Outdoor School 733 Stone Road East Guelph, ON, N1E 3J3 Canada (map)

Who made those prints in the snow and mud? In this PD day for kids, we’ll channel our forest detective skills to interpret the clues left behind by the many wild animals Guelph’s backyard.  We’ll dive in to games and activities that tune us into the animal world, learning to sneak, listen, hide and move like the creatures of the woods.

Tracks and Trails features signature GOS magic: fireside stories and songs, games that teach, roaming fields and forest with new friends, and caring instructors who set the stage for curiosity, connection and fun.

What to Expect
* great ratios (5 students / instructor) and small groups limited to 15
* Mentorship to support kids in pursuing their passion, interests and curiosities
* Professional adult instructors who do this for a living
* Lots of stories on the way home

Tracks and Trails is an open ended day with support from GOS instructors who help to set the mood, hatch plans, share in the successes and failures, help with any conflict, keep us all safe, and share stories at the end of the day. See you out there!
